Our auctions take place in our premises at Jean-Burger-Str. 4, 39112 Magdeburg (according to the currently licensing requirements and orders). They begin at 11:00 a.m.
(Part I) and include a break of about one hour until 2:00 p.m. (Part II, according to the catalogue).

How to bid
You can purchase an item in various ways:
- on-site: You will receive a bidding card from us at the reception and bid personally for your desired items in our auction room. On-site bidding is not possible at silent auctions.
- online live: Our auction will be broadcast live at www.lot-tissimo.com and www.the-saleroom.com on the day of the auction. Here you can register as a live bidder until the day before the auction and bid online in real time. Live bidders pay a 3% surcharge in addition to the auction fees.
- absentee bid: In the run-up to the auction you place a bid with the maximum amount you would like to bid for the object of your choice. The auctioneer will implement your written bid on your behalf during the auction – up to the amount necessary to outbid other prospective buyers. This way your maximum amount is not necessarily exhausted. You can commission us with a written bid via our online catalogue or by using a bidding form.
- by telephone: You can also bid by telephone during the auction from a limit of 150,- €. One of our employees will call you during the auction and raise or lower the bidding card in direct consultation with you. You can place a bid by telephone directly in our online catalogue or via a bidding form.
Written and telephone bids must reach us by the day before the auction. Please note that in the case of bids of equal value, written, telephone and room bidders will be given priority over live bidders.
Payment & shipment
We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer or debit card and organize the shipment as soon as possible after receipt of payment. We ship worldwide insured with DHL. The transport of particularly bulky, heavy or fragile goods must be organized by the buyer. Please note that deliveries may still be delayed due to Corona or are currently not possible in certain regions.
Objects containing materials from protected or endangered species may not be imported in some countries. Buyers confirm by submitting their bid that they have informed themselves about the legislation and customs regulations of the relevant country. Please take note of our auction conditions in advance.
