The transmission of your personal data to third parties is not permitted, unless

- there is a legal obligation to pass on the data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO
- this is legally permissible and required for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO

2.1 Data collection on this website
Server log files
Our website is hosted by Jimdo GmbH, Stresemannstr. 375, 22761 Hamburg, Germany. When you visit our website, the Jimdo servers automatically save the information that the browser sends when the page is visited. The servers are located in data centers within the EU. To ensure the greatest possible security and accessibility of all Jimdo websites, Jimdo uses the cloud-based solution from Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage. The data centers of this provider are located in Ireland and are therefore subject to EU law. The stored information includes:
- the call (request)
- the IP address
- the browser type and language
- the date and time of the call
The information is used to analyze and maintain the technical operation of the servers and the network as well as to combat abuse and is automatically deleted after 7 days. The use of the hoster is for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a safe, fast and efficient provision of our offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Deactivation of cookies may lead to functional restrictions of our website for you.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as “Google”.
Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on the visitor’s computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website by the visitor (including the abbreviated IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there.
Google Analytics is only used with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” on this website. This extension ensures that the IP address is made anonymous by shortening it and excludes the possibility of direct personal reference. The extension shortens the IP address of Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the corresponding browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.
On behalf of the site operator, Google will use the information collected to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the site operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The legitimate interest in the data processing lies in the optimization of this website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the contents. The interests of the users are sufficiently protected by the pseudonymization.
Google LLC. is certified according to the so-called Privacy Shield (list entry here) and guarantees on this basis an adequate level of data protection. The data sent and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 50 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.
The collection by Google Analytics can be prevented by adjusting the cookie settings for this website. The collection and storage of the IP address and the data generated by cookies can also be refused at any time with effect for the future. The corresponding browser plugin can be downloaded and installed under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected. If you send us a message using the contact form, the content of the message but not the IP address will be saved by Jimdo. Messages in our contact form are sent “Opportunistic TLS” encrypted.

In fulfillment of the contract concluded with you, only those employees and agencies that require the data for legal or organizational reasons (e.g. postal or transport companies) will receive the data provided by you. These processors are contractually obliged by us to comply with the provisions of the DSGVO and the BDSG. The processing of the data provided by you will be carried out for the time necessary to achieve the contractually agreed purpose, in principle as long as the contractual relationship with you exists. After the termination of the contractual relationship, the data provided by you will be processed to comply with statutory storage obligations or on the basis of our legitimate interests. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular legal retention periods – remain unaffected.
2.3 Data collection by other providers
Within the framework of our Internet presence, pages or tools with external content are also used or linked to these.
Our online auction catalogs, available at https://katalog.auktionshausbieberle.de and https://www.lot-tissimo.com/de/cmd/kat/h/165/a/2/fg/0/, are provided by
Auction Technology Group Germany GmbH

Our bidding order form, which can be used at https://www.auktionshausbieberle.de/auktionen/bietauftrag/, is created and operated by JotForm Inc. The data sent via the integrated form will be transmitted ssl-encrypted to servers of Jotform Inc. located in the EU and stored there. JotForm only acts as a repository that transfers the data to us and does not pass it on to third parties. You can find more information about Jotform Inc.’s data protection policy at https://www.jotform.com/privacy/.
For the sake of user-friendliness, we use the Google Maps map service from Google Inc. on the “Contact > How to find us” subpage. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
By using the functions of this map, data is transferred to Google. You can find out which data is collected by Google and what this data is used for at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
Google fonts are an important component to keep the quality of our website high. All Google fonts are automatically optimized for the web – this saves data volume and is a great advantage especially for use on mobile devices. When you visit our site, the low file size ensures a fast loading time. The Google Fonts are an integral part of our website and cannot be deactivated. However, Jimdo has implemented a privacy-compliant integration of the Google fonts that does not transfer IP addresses to Google.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we need an e-mail address from you. Using the so-called double opt-in procedure, you confirm that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of your e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or on our website. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you have provided us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us with the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from the distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. After you have been removed from the distribution list, your e-mail address will be stored in a blacklist by the provider to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in compliance with legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You can object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.
